Tina Demis Gill is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a long career in working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) since 1986.

For the past 22 years, she has provided consultation to schools and private clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and North Carolina, including collaboration with the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill’s NC Project BEST. Specializing in intensive behavioral interventions, Tina’s expertise spans home-based early intervention, as well as residential and day services for individuals requiring intensive support. She manages operations, coordinates ancillary therapies, and provides behavioral consultation and training for individuals from youth to adulthood, utilizing principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Applied Verbal Behavior (AVB) to develop effective treatment and communication plans. A published author in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, Tina is an active member of professional organizations such as the Cape Fear Psychological Association, the North Carolina Association for Behavior Analysis, and the Association for Behavior Analysis International. In her free time, she enjoys marathon running, biking, playing tennis, and spending time with her two sons.
