Marissa Russell
Lead RBT
Marissa has a strong background in special education, working with elementary and high school students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs in North Carolina from 2010 to 2016. She discovered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) during this time and was amazed by how effective it was. In 2019, Marissa became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC). She started working at BCA as an RBT in May 2020. By 2022, Marissa was promoted to Lead RBT, where she continues to make a big difference for the people and families she helps.
