Lyndsay moved to Wilmington to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Adapted Curriculum in 2013. After graduating, she worked as a Special Education teacher for New Hanover County Schools and as a Program Coordinator for EasterSealsUCP, a non-profit for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In the Fall of 2020, Lyndsay joined BCA as an RBT while earning her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University.

She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2022 and remained on the BCA team in this role. At Behavioral Consulting for Autism she enjoys providing early intervention services in the clinic setting, and consulting in Pender County Schools. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time doing pottery, gardening, and yoga.
